Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions. Approximately 18,956 square feet and 680 linear feet of asbestos-containing materials were identified in the building. These materials must be properly removed and disposed of prior to any building demolition or renovations that may disturb the materials. Lead-based paint was identified on white window frames in two class rooms and the brown doors on the east and west entrances of the building. A mold concern was not identified; however, water-stained ceiling tiles were identified in the east addition hallway. These should be replaced to prevent mold growth,
