Additional Property Attributes

The 0.076-acre subject property consists of one parcel occupied (nearly in its entirety) by a single one-story (with basement) commercial structure. The subject property is owned by Musselshell County and is currently unoccupied. The subject property was constructed in 1910 and most recently served as a caf�nd sporting goods store. The subject property has been abandoned since approximately 1970.

Future plans for the property is abatement in preparation for demolition to make it more attractive for a developer to restore to a functional use.
