Additional Property Attributes

The property historically served as residences, a Metropolitan Hotel, a parking lot, and is currently vacant. A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) identified several historical auto service/gas stations and drycleaning facilities within close proximity to the subject property. A Phase II ESA is recommended to see if underlying soil gas and groundwater have been impacted by these historical businesses. Additionally, the subject property lies within the Omaha Lead Superfund site and has not been screened for lead due to its previous commercial use. Lead analysis of surficial soils should also be completed as part of a Phase II ESA.
