Additional Property Attributes

The site consists of two parcels (APNs 117-02-138B, 117-02-136B) and has been in the possession of Morning Star Property Management and Stone Corridor Partners since at least 2013. The site is located 250 feet west of North Stone Avenue, a historic transit route into Tucson. The east adjoining lot, which is situated on the southwest corner of N Stone Ave and Speedway Blvd, may have housed a gas station from 1930 through 1965 associated with an automotive service.
In 2023, the City of Tucson is considering buying the site for redevelopment with low-income housing.
