Additional Property Attributes

Esmeralda County acquired the property in 2019 through a quitclaim deed. Limited historical information about the property is available. The Labarthe House will be renovated or converted into extra office and/or storage space for Esmeralda County. Based on the anticipated reuse of the structure, an asbestos and lead-based paint survey was necessary to determine whether abatement was required prior to renovation/conversion.
