Additional Property Attributes

GPS: 62.68750000, -164.6683333.
Survey 4405 Block 8, Lot 9 Tract B
Survey 4405 Block 9, Lot 20 Tract B
Area: 15000 ft^2 or around .3444 acres
The property is 150 ft by 100 ft
The site was a vacant property. The unidentified person began depositing old heavy equipment and then the community began dumping scrap there. Scrap means cars, tires, large empty fuel tanks, and heavy equipment. Assessment requested by the village council and James Cook. The reuse plan for the area is to establish a place where hazardous materials and old equipment/cars can be collected, emptied, and safely stored until further shipment. Some of the equipment may also be recycled and reused. This will provide a job opportunity for somebody to maintain the transfer station, resulting in hazardous materials being properly disposed of to protect human health.
