Additional Property Attributes

The undeveloped land identified as Humboldt County APNs 10-0213-01 and 10-0213-02 is currently owned by Humboldt County and the City of Winnemucca. The two parcels were donated/transferred to the current owners in 2014. The site is currently undeveloped and historical uses are unknown. Anecdotal evidence suggests that the parcels were previously used as a refuse site, and it has been stated that a portion of the site was used as a waste oil dump site (possibly within the smaller parcel) throughout the 1950s and into the early 1960s. However, no known documentation of this previous use has been obtained at this time.
