Additional Property Attributes

The property historically served as a law office. The buildings on the property were gutted and in very poor shape. Cuming County Economic Development would like to demolish the buildings to create a space for new businesses. A November 2022 asbestos survey completed for the buildings identified several building materials testing positive for asbestos. All asbestos-containing materials, along with the buildings themselves, were safely removed and disposed of in August 2023. The property is ready for redevelopment.
