Additional Property Attributes

Based on the results of the Phase I ESA of the Subject Property and surrounding properties, Tetra Tech has not identified RECs, historical recognized environmental conditions (HRECs), conditional recognized environmental conditions (CRECs), or vapor encroachment conditions (VECs) for the Subject Property. A historic drycleaner, Betterway Cleaners, located at 201 Randolph Avenue, was identified on the EDR database. The historic drycleaner is located upgradient from the Subject Property and the drycleaner may have potentially impacted the Subject Property in the past. Information regarding the dry-cleaning facility is not available. The Davis Street property redevelopment/access potentak fell through and the county/property owner no longer wanted to pursue the property: EPA therefore did not move forward with sampling.The property is listed as a multi-family dwelling and is 2226.0 sq.ft. Note: acm/lbp/mold were found.
