Additional Property Attributes

An asbestos and lead-based paint inspection was performed at the Site by EnviroCheck of Virginia, Inc., a licensed West Virginia asbestos inspector, on August 8 to 10 and 20, 2022. Based on the results of the ACM and LBP inspections, EnviroCheck found that abatement was not necessary for all ACM that has less than 1% chrysotile. However, approximately 6,070 square feet of ACM would require abatement if disturbed during building renovations or before demolition of the building. If abatement of the ACM in the structure is conducted, it should be conducted in accordance with applicable regulations before renovations and/or demolition by a West Virginia licensed ACM abatement contractor. EnviroCheck also stated that while many materials tested negative for LBP, the materials when disturbed, may generate lead dust greater than the permissible exposure limit established by the OSHA "Lead Exposure in Construction Rule."
