Additional Property Attributes

"Based on the results of the Hazardous Material Surveys, EnviroCheck stated that abatement is not necessary for all
ACM. However, if abatement of the ACM in the structure is conducted, it should be conducted in accordance with
applicable regulations prior to renovations and/or demolition by a State of West Virginia licensed abatement
contractor. EnviroCheck also stated that while many materials tested negative for LBP, when disturbed, the
materials may generate lead dust greater than the permissible exposure limit (PEL) of 50 micrograms per cubic
meter established by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration "Lead Exposure in Construction Rule""
