Additional Property Attributes

"Based on the results of the ACM and LBP inspections, EnviroCheck found that abatement is not necessary for all
ACM that has less than 1% chrysotile. However, approximately 2,280 square feet of ceiling board and pipe patch
with chrysotile asbestos concentrations ranging from 25% to 65% identified in the basement will require abatement
if disturbed during building renovations or before demolition of the building. If abatement of the ACM in the
structure is conducted, it should be conducted in accordance with applicable regulations before renovations and/or
demolition by a West Virginia licensed ACM abatement contractor. EnviroCheck also stated that while many
materials tested negative for LBP, the materials when disturbed, may generate lead dust greater than the permissible
exposure limit of 50 micrograms per cubic meter established by the OSHA "Lead Exposure in Construction Rule""

"The Subject Property is currently used as a residential apartment building on the upper floors and with commercial entities and residences on the first floor.
