Additional Property Attributes

Completed an ASTM 1527-21 Phase I and ASTM E1903-19 Phase II Environmental Site Assessments. Scope included collecting surface wipe samples from the basement of the auditorium building to address the presence or absence of PAHs and metals in the areas around the boiler. A Hazardous Building Materials survey was conducted which includes sampling of ACM for PLM and point counting analysis, along with a LBP screening, a visual survey for PCB and mercury containing building components, and a visual survey for mold. Window caulk was also sampled for PCBs.
