Additional Property Attributes

Property was formerly used as residential apartment building for IHS employees and is now in the possession of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe. The property is currently vacant and in poor condition. The property is to be demolished or renovated to create new tribal family housing and/or a homeless shelter planned for 2025. Based on the laboratory PLM analysis, asbestos above 1 percent was detected in the dark brown floor tile in the bedroom closet of each of the 12 apartments in the West Apartment Building.
