Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is located in the San Xavier Industrial Park. The Environmental Concrete Concepts, Inc. occupied the property from 1991 until 2003 at which time they abandoned the site. Results of a 1995 Phase I investigation indicated that the facility stored chemicals related to concrete curing and concrete for release. In additiona, two aboveground storage tanks (one 500-gallon for diesel fuel and one 1,000 gallon for gasoline) were observed at the facility.
