Additional Property Attributes

The property is currently abandoned. If contamination is discoved during the assessment the county will submit a request to the steate's Response Program to remove the contamination. The county will then remove the structure and resell the lot. The lot is zoned for small business and the Owner of the neighboring business may expand onto this lot. Another option is for the lot to be developed into green space for the communities use.

Former Use: First used as a hospital in the early 1900s. Has also been used as an apartment buildling. Has been vacant for the last approximately five years. The county acquired the property due to back taxes.
