Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: In 1914, a rail line was constructed on a portion of the property. With the execption of the rail ine, the property was undeveloped land until around 1958 when a power substation, that exists today, was constructed. The property is mostly vacant land (adjacent to the Adams Generating Plant). A quarter of the property contains a large power sub-station.
