Former Use: Property contains a transformer building (listed as a National Landmark) from the former Adams Generating Plant (world's first large scale A/C power generating facility); portions of the plant were filled with incinerator ash, construction debris, and fill soil. A portion of the original property was parceled off and is currently occupied by the Niagara Falls Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at 1401 Buffalo Avenue. Current use of the property is unknown.
