Additional Property Attributes

The property is anticipated to be purchased by the City of Beatrice for deomlition of on-site structures and redevelopment of the site as green space. This effort is part of a city plan to clear developments from propreties located within designated flood hard areas and is being conducted in cooperation with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) (PPF - 09/25/2006)

Former Use: Leach's Radiator shop has been operated as such since 1957. Prior to being used as a radiator repair shop, the site was used as a machine shop. Adjoining property to the northeast was formerly a filling station.
