Additional Property Attributes

The Church will partner with a Houston non-profit, The Recipe for Success Foundation, to create an organic farm for the benefit of the local community. A Phase II ESA has been recommended due to concern over bayou dredging spread over the site. (PPF - 0 Scott St., 11/2/06)

Former Use: Property was previously a rice farm and is on the south flank of Sims Bayou, which flooded numerous times before recent reconstruction of the drainage for flood prevention. (PPF - 0 Scott St., 11/2/06)
