Additional Property Attributes

A non-profit, Associate Lenders, plans to build a 128-unit senior citizen housing facility to include affordable units for low income individuals. A Phase II ESA will be performed due to concern over prior use of the site and an adjacent property. PPF - Autumn Joy Senior Citizen Facility, 11/2/06 The Phase II ESA found soil and groundwater to be below PCIs. No cleanup is needed. PPF - Autumn Joy Senior Citizen Facility, 03/30/07 Phase I was performed under with previous HAZ 601 grant funding. Redevelopment has not started yet, but is still planned within the next few years.

Former Use: Former retail feed store. Contamination possible from chemical sales/uses and UST. Current owners bought in 1971. Illegal dumping on now vacant site. PPF - Autumn Joy Senior Citizen Facility, 11/2/06
