Additional Property Attributes

The 912 E. 11th Street property is a dedicated historical site purchased by the City of Austin in Septemer 2004. The 916 site is vacant. Both sites are part of the 11th Street 11-1 block targeted for redevelopment mixed use projects in the future. (PPF- 912 E. 11th Street, 3/28/2007)

Former Use: One of two properties located in a down-gradient location from the former Ritter Filling Station that impacted the site and a former dry cleaning facility.
