Additional Property Attributes

The City of Omaha (owner) plans to sell the property to the Salvation Army. The Salvation Army plans to use the vacant land to develop a Salvation Army Community Center. $60 million was leveraged from the Kroc Foundation to help pay for redevelopment.

Former Use: The site is currently vacant. The site was historically occupied by an auto auction/salvage yard, a truck service and repair facility, and a meat packing plant.
