Additional Property Attributes

Phase I Environmental Property Assessment revealed the recognized environmental conditions and recommended a Phase II ESA be performed. Phase II ESA revealed contaminants in soil and groundwater from the historical use of the property as a scrap metal facility for 40 years. Additional investigative activities to determine the full extent of contamination is recommended (PPF - Federow Property-West Parcel, 5/14/07).
