Additional Property Attributes

The Land Assemblage Redevelopment Authority acquired the property through tax foreclosure to construct affordable housing in some of Houston�s more distressed neighborhoods. Property is part of a City of Houston effort with private developers dedicated to provided affordable residential housing within 7 targeted neighborhoods identified by Mayor White, as part of Houston Hope Housing Initiative. This property will be part of an extended reinvestment opportunity for the residents of the City of Houston. The new home will bring vibrancy and regeneration to a predominantly low income neighborhood.
