The Houston Parks Board applied for a Phase I ESA to satisfy AAI on the property. It is to become part of a trail and park system along Brays Bayou. Phase II reccommended to further investigate onsite and offsite concerns. PPF- Coolgreen Park and Golf Course, 3/22/07

Former Use: A golf course since the 1940s, maintained by texaco for their employees. The Houston Parks Board is going to make this part of a linear park along the length of Greens Bayou.
