Additional Property Attributes

The Kipp Academy acquired this property for redevelopment into a learning academy. This program is an exceptional educational master plan of facilities which are spread out through the urban areas of Houston. Development is still in the planning stages. Jobs leveraged information were given by applicant as an anticipated number during planning stages. Once the development is completed and numbers are confirmed, City of Houston Brownfield Redevelopment Program will update the EPA on progress.
