Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The former incinerator has been non-operational for approximately 30 years, leaving a dilapidated building within a potentially contaminated property. It is located at the intersection of two of North Tonawanda's more frequently used transporation routes. Redevelopment would eliminate a safety hazard as well as a blighting influence on the community.
