Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property contains a one-story concrete block building with a steel roof and cement on grade construction. The 1948 building appears to be structurally sound with some leaks in the roof. The property was associated with cold storage activities and used as storage and warehousing and reportedly for a tree/landscaping service. The property contains former cold storage facilities currently vacant, located within a business/light industrial zone, adjacent to a railroad, and within close proximity to the Erie Canal. The property was severely tax delinquent and based on results of the Phase I ESA, Niagara County foreclosed on the property on July 23, 2007. The environmental conditions are unknown, hindering the redevelopment of the properties.
