Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is a narrow parcel approximately 0.3 miles north of interstate 75. The western portion of the property was capped in 1998 as part of the Stickney Avenue landfill non-time critical removal action under CERCLA. The eastern portion was not altered by the CERCLA action and is relatively flat. This property has been occupied in the past by a grocer, printer, hardware manufacturer and stamping operation, paint and research company, and a waste and fuel recycler. The property is currently undeveloped with the exception of a bulk storage frac tank located on the former concrete drum storage pad, which is part of the leachate treatment system.
