Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The older structure was built in 1932 with the newer one built later. Industrial manufacturing activities took place at this facility since 1932, most recently it was a milk processing facility. The BUSTR records indicate that there was once a leaking UST on site. The tank was removed and clean closure was recieved with a NFA letter. Suspect ACM remains in the building, analysis of the material is recommended.
