Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site was occupied by a greenhouse and florist since the 1920's. In 2001 the structures were demolished by the City of Toledo, Dept. of Neighborhoods using Capital Improvement Funds. Then in 2003, there was a release from the UST's that were left in place. The tanks leaked heating oil and it reached Otter Creek. The tanks were approx. 15,000 gal. and 5,000 gal. The City spent nearly $309,000 for cleanup.
