Additional Property Attributes

Two of 9 off-site domestic well samples contained arsenic above MCLs. However arsenic was not found to be elevated in off-site soils and the off-site wells are over 300 ft bgs and probably cross-gradient from the site, indicating the site is not the source.

Former Use: Site was unoffical dump from 1920s-1970s when City and County took over operations. Dump closed in 9/1980 and material was buried. Site is currently vacant.
