Additional Property Attributes

A total of two recognized environmental conditions (RECs) were identified with an adjacent property (PPF - Mission Missouri, 6/28/07). Sampling results indicate that levels of BTEX, MTBE, napthalene, TPH-GRO, TPH-DRO, and poly aromatic hydrocarbons were below the default target levels for all soil types in Missouri Risk Based Corrective Action technical guidance. (PPF- Mission Missouri, 12-12-07)

Former Use: The Mission Missouri House of Liberty is in Sikeston, Missouri. This 14678 square foot building was built in 1956 with prior use as a nursing home. The anticipated future use is transitional housing for men who have been in their recovery program.
