Former Use: The property has been used as cold storage and a meat packing facility since at least 1938. Following completion of the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, the former 45,000 square foot meat packing plant was demolished by the property owner; the City of Gering had deemed it unsafe. The site was sold to a private developer and is advertised for development - build to suit or just for sale.
