Property Highlights

Property is located along the US Highway 30 realignment corridor. The property has a long history as a bulk oil storage facility and has been sitting vacant for over two years.

Former Use: The property was used for pallet manufacturing for ten years prior to its purchase by Mr. Puckett and prior to that it was a Skelly Oil Company bulk oil station with aboveground storage tanks for oil and diesel and oil storage inside the building in 55-gallon drums. The property has been vacant since July 29, 2005 due to a fire in the site building that resulted in an emergency demolition of the site building immediately thereafter.

Since 2012, the site has been greenspace.
