Property is located along the US Highway 30 realignment corridor. Property was acquired by the City of Clinton for replatting and redevelopment as commercial property.

Former Use: The property has one commercial building on the parcel and it is used for the operation of the Exotic Pets Center. The property was used for residential purposes from 1929 through 1965 and then was listed as vacant. From 1985 through 2007, the subject property was used for commercial purposes for pet shops, pet boarding and grooming, and other pet related retail stores Piranha and Exotic Pet Center. Boarding and breeding facilities were located in the basement of the building.
