Additional Property Attributes

Mr. Skaggs, current owner, believes "chat" from mine tailings was used in the driveways and playground areas. Aquaterra, our department contractor, suggested a phase II ESA and is currently being performed.

Former Use: Historically, the property has been occupied by two school buildings since the early 1950s and has been abandoned since late 1970s or early 1980s.
