Additional Property Attributes

Village of PLato will obtain an easment for a sanitary sewer line across the property. Village is concerned about how environmental contamination will affect worker safety. Lab data indicate only soil near bedrock interface will need to be addressed.

Former Use: In October 2005 a gasoline leak occurred at a fitting below grade between the aboveground storage tanks and pump island releasing gasoline.
