Additional Property Attributes

The property is currently owned by the City of Rochester. The Center for Environmental Information is considering purchasing the property from the city to redevelop for office use and as a showcase sustainable/green building.

Former Use: Vacant corner lot. Formerly was a gas/service station. All above ground structures were removed by the city when they acquired the property.
