Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Lovejoy Site 2 was formerly used by the railroad as a tank shop, paint shop, machine shop, calcium chloride storage building, cold storage, powerhouse, boiler room and engine room. The said property has been vacant for the past 20 years. A 400,000 gallon diesel fuel tank and gasoline vault as well as railroad lines were located on the property. The property contains miscellaneous fill piles and a NYSDEC Spill associated with a 1,000-gallon UST removal is underway on the property.
