Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property was utilized as a railroad trestle since it was constructed in the late 1800's. The property straddles Eighteenmile Creek, one of the Areas of Concern in the Great Lakes Basin. The surrounding area was primarily developed into commercial, industrial, residential and agricultural uses in the early 1900's. Currently the property contains an abandoned railroad trestle is severely tax delinquent.
