Additional Property Attributes

Former Brownfields Job Training Grant students will be hired to assist with the cleanup. Former Use: 2 story building used for hospital and offices/ originally built by I.H.S., used by B.I.A. and then turned over to the Tribe in 1989. Update 2020: A Phase II assessment was performed to determine if there is any contamination remaining after the previous cleanup and if there is any new contamination. Results showed minor amounts of asbestos and some lead-based paint on the walls.
