Additional Property Attributes

The property has been redeveloped and now supports two (105,000 & 126,000 s.f.) office/warehouse buildings that are fully occupied. The remediation involved soil cleanup of PAH contaminated soil and mitigation of methane.

Former Use: The general property vicinity has been developed since before the turn of the 20th century for commercial/industrial and agricultural uses; historic land use of the Bridgepoint Business Park area from the 1920s through 1960s included heavy industry, stockyards, railroad yards and a variety of commercial and industrial businesses. Many of the current businesses in the property area have been redeveloped since the late 1900s. Many of the historic structures have been demolished prior to the construction of the current buildings. The historical activities on the property likely did involve the use of significant quantities of hazardous substances or petroleum products.
