Additional Property Attributes

Mr. Dodd elected not to purchase the property. However, Mr. Throckmorton,, a new prospectivepurchaser emerged and purchasing the property early September 2008. Mr. Throckmorton has obtained a Letter of No Action from the VADEQ relative to soil stains underneath an AST; soil was tested but found by VADEQ to have a low level not requiring cleanup The Phase I indicated that the AST be investigated. Mr. Throckmorton is indicating that remodeling will follow promptly.

Former Use: The site contains one large structure with a large addition; it has been vacant for several years with intermittent occupancy by a church for meetings. At the time of the Phase I, Horace Dodd was the prosepctive purchaser. This fell through.; Mr.Dodd was looking to start a restaurant.
