Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Subject Property is currently vacant. The Village of Dillonvale has owned the property since 3/31/1992 and it was previously owned by Buckeye Local School District. The high school and middle school ceased operations in 1990 due to damage caused to the buildings by a severe flood. To the best of the Village's knowledge the site was previously undeveloped. According to the Village personnel, the former industrial arts building was a bank in the early 1900s and then became a post office around 1907.
