Property Highlights

Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (445 pages including appendices) issued by HWS to the EPA in July 2008. Phase II field work including soil borings and lab data, and ACM/LBP sampling and lab data is completed. Phase II report is written but not yet reviewed and presented to the City of Harvard and the public.

Former Use: The Harvard Courts were constructed circa 1943-45 to provide housing for the Harvard Army Air Corps Airfield. In 1946 the US Government sold the Harvard Courts structures to private individuals. Prior to circa 1943, the Property was utilized for agricultural crop land.
