The Property is discussed in a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (671 pages including appendices) issued by HWS to the EPA in July 2008. Phase II field work including soil borings and lab data is completed. Phase II report is completed but not yet reviewed and presented to the City of Harvard and the public.

Former Use: The Property has been the location of the Harvard Veterans Memorial Park for approximately 2 years. The Property was the location of the Harvard Manufactured Gas Plant circa 1910. In the intervening years, the Property was the location of various commercial enterprises.
