Additional Property Attributes

The Property is discussed in a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (671 pages including appendices) issued by HWS to the EPA in July 2008. HWS recommended Phase II subsurface assessment at this location, but the owner (Hoagland) would not grant access for Phase II field work.

Former Use: The Property has been used since the 1960s as a farm machinery repair maintenance and repair shop. From 1926 to circa 1960s, the Property was the location of the town Chevrolet dealership.
