Additional Property Attributes

The Property is discussed in a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (671 pages including appendices) issued by HWS to the EPA in July 2008. Phase II field work including soil borings and lab data is completed. Phase II report is written but not yet reviewed and presented to the City of Harvard and the public.

Former Use: Vacant parcel for approximately 10 years. In 1997, a fire destroyed the Harvard Chemical Company warehouse that stored agricultural pesticides and herbicides.
